We are looking for a hands-on analytics and technical specialist to support fraud operations through data-driven insight, automation, and robust reporting. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, and operations, with a strong focus on execution and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor data quality, fraud operations performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support large-scale fraud operations and system migration initiatives, including tracking progress, reporting, and documentation.
• Partner with technology teams to manage data pipelines, data loads, and system integration activities.
• Prepare and validate data for fraud system development, testing, and operational rollout.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate processes, improve controls, and enhance operational analytics.
• Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in a fast-changing business environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, system development, or operational analytics roles.
• Strong experience working with large, complex datasets to deliver timely, actionable insights.
• Hands-on programming experience in Python and SQL (BigQuery); PySpark or SAS experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working on cloud-based data platforms (e.g. GCP) and BI / visualisation tools.
• Exposure to banking, fraud, risk, or operational analytics environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate technical outputs into clear insights for operational and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across analytics, technology, and operations teams.
• Must speak Cantonese and English
