Job Title: Designer – Luxury Retail

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Designer to support a leading luxury retail client. This role requires a hands-on creative professional who works independently, manages multiple stakeholders, and produces refined, brand-aligned assets across digital and print. Candidates with agency experience and a strong portfolio of luxury retail work are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality digital design assets, including website graphics, hero banners, social media creatives, email marketing visuals, and UI elements

• Create premium print and marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, event materials, retail display assets, and packaging concepts

• Ensure all outputs align with luxury brand standards and maintain a high level of craftsmanship

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand briefs, manage expectations, and deliver on timelines

• Present creative concepts clearly and articulate design rationale effectively

• Uphold meticulous attention to detail and ensure all deliverables are optimized for different platforms and formats

Qualifications & Experience

• 7-8 years of design experience in a creative agency or in-house team, with strong exposure to luxury retail brands

• A polished portfolio showcasing luxury design sensibilities, digital-first work, and refined execution

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch; motion skills are a plus

• Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, typography, layout, and premium visual language

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
