EHS Manager (FMCG)

Location: Ayutthaya

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join a leading multinational FMCG manufacturing company. This role is responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy and ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards while fostering a strong safety culture across the manufacturing site.

You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HR teams to continuously improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the site's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system and ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements and corporate standards.
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, coaching, and training programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis while driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, audits, and compliance reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and coordinate inspections, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response programs, including emergency drills and crisis management.
  • Lead and develop the site's EHS team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7–10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proven experience leading EHS audits, compliance programs, and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of Thai & English, both written and spoken.
