We’re partnering with a global organisation to hire an experienced Enterprise Applications Service Owner
to provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical platforms such as SAP and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver L2/L3 support for SAP, Workday, and other enterprise systems, ensuring stability and rapid issue resolutions
- Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL/ITSM best practices, including root cause analysis.
- Act as the primary operational contact for business users and vendors for day-to-day system operations.
- Support releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
- Drive service improvements through documentation, SLA tracking, and operational reporting ensuring service routemaps are aligned with the organisation's wider strategy
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven ongoing experience supporting SAP, Workday, or similar enterprise ERP/HCM systems at L2/L3 level.
- Strong ITSM knowledge across incident, problem and change management
- Experience in global environments dealing with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with business and technical teams
