Head of AI – Asia, FS&I - $2-3M HKD

We are partnering exclusively with a leading global FS&I group to appoint a Global Head of AI for its Insurance business.

This is a senior leadership role with a mandate to shape and drive the AI agenda globally. While the scope is international, the business is heavily weighted towards Asia, making Hong Kong the key base for the role.

The client is looking for an AI-first leader, not a traditional data or analytics executive. The successful candidate will have already been driving enterprise AI initiatives for at least the last 12–18 months, with a track record of moving beyond proof of concept into practical business impact.

This person will work closely with senior global and regional stakeholders, operating with a high degree of autonomy. They will need strong executive presence, commercial judgement, and the confidence to challenge senior business leaders across multiple P&Ls.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Senior AI leadership experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, technology, or another complex enterprise environment
• Proven ownership of AI strategy and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A structured, data-driven, commercially focused approach
• Experience leading lean, hands-on teams
• Comfort operating across global and APAC leadership groups
