Our client, a leading FSI company in Thailand, is looking for a commercially driven wealth professional to build and lead a brand-new High Net Worth (HNW) business. This is a rare opportunity to shape a market-leading affluent proposition.

What You'll Own

HNW Strategy & Proposition

• Design and drive the HNW strategy from the ground up, aligned to the company's long-term growth ambitions
• Build a differentiated value proposition spanning wealth management, insurance, investment advisory, and legacy planning
• Spot market gaps and turn them into competitive advantage

Client Acquisition & Growth

• Grow a sustainable HNW client base through referrals, partnerships, and strategic networking
• Lead complex, high-value client engagements across multiple distribution channels
• Build the pipeline yourself — this is a builder's role, not a maintainer's

Wealth & Protection Advisory

• Deliver holistic advice across accumulation, preservation, protection, retirement, succession, and legacy planning
• Structure insurance solutions for estate planning, business succession, and asset protection

Product Innovation

• Partner directly with Product, Investment, Underwriting, and Distribution to co-create HNW-tailored solutions
• Bring global best practice into a market that's ready for it

Strategic Partnerships

• Build alliances with private banks, asset managers, securities firms, family offices, independent wealth advisors, and legal/tax/estate planning professionals

What You Bring

• 12–15+ years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, EAM, or Family Office
• A proven track record advising HNW clients — not just servicing them
• Experience building affluent propositions and strategic partnerships from scratch
• An established network within Thailand's HNW ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
• CFP, CFA, or Investment Consultant licence preferred; and investment advisory licences desirable
