We are seeking a high-caliber leader to spearhead the Category & Trade Marketing strategy for a global leader in the FMCG sector. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, responsible for driving sustainable growth through insight-led category leadership and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive category vision rooted in local market dynamics to ensure all stakeholders understand key growth drivers.

Drive a unified demand mindset across the organization by acting as the primary decision-maker for portfolio trade-offs and cross-functional synchronization.
·
Manage trade investment productivity and net price realization through the optimization of pack-price architecture and promotional ROI.
·
Lead the retail excellence agenda by collaborating with sales teams to deliver compelling in-store activations and visibility standards.
·
Translate complex category and shopper data into actionable business intelligence by partnering with external research agencies.
·
Deliver consistent growth in market share and achieve net sales value targets across the assigned portfolio.
·
Optimize marketing and trade investments to improve the overall return on promotional spending.
·
Execute new product launches and portfolio mix improvements to meet specific margin and growth goals.
·
Maintain high in-store performance standards regarding share of shelf and adherence to visibility guidelines.

Recruit and mentor a high-performing team
Requirements
·
Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
·
Extensive experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Strategy within a major FMCG environment.

Demonstrate a proven ability to build impactful internal and external relationships while influencing retail partners across all scales of operation
·
Proficient in English
