HR Senior Manager (Human Resources) / FS / $80-100k P/M
A well-established financial infrastructure / financial services organisation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Human Resources
to lead and drive the full HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR, including C&B, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and staff development
- Support the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements
- Lead training, talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy
to support long-term business goals
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives
and future-readiness planning across the organisation
- Conduct HR market benchmarking(compensation & benefits), and prepare salary / compensation proposals
- Manage annual HR budgets and staff cost projections
- Handle ad hoc HR projects as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- 15+ years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services / financial institutions
- 10+ years in a managerial / leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law
and statutory requirements
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Must speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English
