Our client is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to lead HR strategy planning, compensation frameworks, and policy governance across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in supporting the HR leadership team, providing strategic insights on compensation and workforce matters, strengthening payroll and reward operations, and driving data-led decision-making through robust reporting and analytics.

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR strategies, prepare high-impact management presentations, and ensure strong governance, communication, and project coordination across HR and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Governance

  • Lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of HR strategies, frameworks, and policies.
  • Ensure effective governance, harmonisation, and alignment of HR policies across two business entities, in line with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR leadership on long-term workforce planning, organisational design, and development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support the Head of HR in designing and implementing proactive compensation strategies, including the review of compensation policies and payroll processes.
  • Provide advisory support to management on compensation-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage agency funding programmes, annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and promotion cycles.
  • Ensure fair, competitive, and equitable reward frameworks to attract, retain, and motivate talent while supporting business performance.
  • Monitor manpower costs and HR budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Oversee employee benefits programmes, including healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Stay abreast of HR best practices, emerging industry trends, and relevant employment legislation, with a focus on compensation and HR analytics.

Reporting & HR Analytics

  • Deliver high-quality management reports, dashboards, and compensation analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track workforce trends and performance indicators.
  • Prepare presentation materials for senior management, EXCO, and Board-level discussions.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise insights tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
  • Leverage HRIS and analytical tools to extract, clean, analyse, and interpret HR data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform HR strategies and process improvements.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports for senior management on key people metrics and organisational performance.

Project Management

  • Manage HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within HR and with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support change management initiatives related to new HR systems, policies, or compensation frameworks.
  • Undertake other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capability; experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data interpretation is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms.
  • High attention to detail, with strong standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated project management capability, with the ability to prioritise, manage timelines, and multitask effectively.
