Role Duties
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for APAC Oracle HCM rollout
• Act as key liaison between HR stakeholders, IT, & implementation partners
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to translate HR processes into system requirements
• Develop project plans, track risks/issues, and lead steering committees
• Design & execute UAT plans, provide user training and documentation
Role Requirements
• 8+ years in project management & business analysis within financial services
• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OR PeopleSoft HCM implementations
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Compensation, Onboarding & Absence processes
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills in English
• PMP/Agile cert & Oracle HCM Cloud cert are strong advantages
