About The Client
A leading global financial services institution undergoing a major regulatory transformation program across APAC. They are investing heavily in their trade and transaction reporting infrastructure to meet new and evolving local regulatory mandates.

Role Duties

• Write Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) and Functional Specifications on behalf of Operations

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders (Legal, Ops) and offshore IT teams

• Review functional specifications and participate in UAT with end-users

• Interpret complex regulatory drafts and translate them into technical requirements

• Support a large set of transactional reports across multiple asset classes

Role Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in financial services technology / regulatory reporting

• Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives, Bonds, and other industry products

• Hands-on SQL proficiency for data crunching and analysis

• Engineering or Computer Science background preferred

• Experience working with offshore development teams (APAC timezones)

• Ability to work independently and drive requirements with minimal supervision

• Prior exposure to regulatory reporting or financial reporting projects is a hard requirement
