Marketing Specialist (Content) / Insurance / $31-36k P/M

6 month extendable contract

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Content) to support regional content strategy, content management, stakeholder alignment, project coordination, and vendor management across Asia.

In this role, you’ll help develop and implement content strategies, support the maintenance of content assets and platforms, and ensure materials are accurate, on-brand, and well organized. You’ll work closely with business units and stakeholders to keep projects on track, align priorities, manage timelines, and coordinate feedback through to completion. You’ll also act as a key liaison for external vendors across briefs, deliverables, and quality control.

What we’re looking for

• Around 5 years of experience in content, marketing operations, project coordination, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with confidence to ask questions and follow through
• Experience working across regional teams or multiple markets
• Familiarity with content workflows, including briefs, reviews, approvals, and versioning, as well as brand guidelines
• Experience in content QA or brand governance
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, Figma, Canva, AEM, and DAM for light edits and content management
• Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholders and teams
