ML Engineer- 4k - Contract- No visa sponsorship

Key responsibilities

• Build and integrate generative AI applications for customer interactions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Drive the design, development, and scaling of internal AI agents and customer-facing agentic solutions (e.g. GenAI-powered contact centers)
• Design and deploy solutions on AWS Bedrock using foundation models from leading providers
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models using proprietary and external datasets
• Build scalable APIs and backend services to support real-time AI inference
• Ensure reliability, privacy, and accuracy of GenAI outputs through testing and monitoring
• Contribute to AI governance by ensuring solutions follow responsible AI principles (e.g. transparency, data privacy, compliance)
• Collaborate with data science teams to apply GenAI across business use cases (e.g. document processing, claims decisioning, reporting)
• Support bolttech’s global GenAI roadmap by providing technical expertise and recommendations
• Document solutions and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align requirements
• Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend tools or approaches to enhance system performance

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 3+ years in machine learning engineering, NLP, Generative AI, or LLM-related work
• Hands-on experience with LLM agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and LLM evaluation methods
• Experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps practices
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

Nice to have

• Experience designing and managing distributed training pipelines for LLMs
• Experience with voice/conversational AI solutions
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
