My client, a leading organization in the General Insurance sector, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive operations transformation and re-engineering of post-sales operations processes. Responsibilities
- Analyze and re-engineer operations processes within the General Insurance domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle comprehensive documentation and governance to ensure clear communication and compliance.
- Conduct process walk-throughs, identifying operational issues and collaborating with team members to develop effective solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to bring identified operational issues to attention, facilitating necessary fixes and driving end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations process re-engineering and business analysis.
- Strong background in General Insurance is preferred; experience in banking or life insurance will also be considered.
- Proven capabilities in documentation, governance, and process improvement.
- Fluent in English & Cantonese, with excellent communication skills to navigate through various stakeholder levels.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
