Operations Business Analyst (Insurance) HKD 45K - 6M Contract

My client, a leading organization in the General Insurance sector, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive operations transformation and re-engineering of post-sales operations processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong background in business analysis and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and re-engineer operations processes within the General Insurance domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle comprehensive documentation and governance to ensure clear communication and compliance.
• Conduct process walk-throughs, identifying operational issues and collaborating with team members to develop effective solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to bring identified operational issues to attention, facilitating necessary fixes and driving end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations process re-engineering and business analysis.
• Strong background in General Insurance is preferred; experience in banking or life insurance will also be considered.
• Proven capabilities in documentation, governance, and process improvement.
• Fluent in English & Cantonese, with excellent communication skills to navigate through various stakeholder levels.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
