About the role:
The People & Culture Manager is responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals across designated business units. This role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution. You will partner closely with line management on areas such as employee relations, performance management, organizational planning, policy interpretation, expatriate administration, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities include conducting regular meetings with business units, analyzing HR trends, resolving complex employee matters, advising on workforce planning and restructures, and driving improvements to workplace morale and productivity. You will also oversee end-to-end HR processes including talent management, succession planning, compensation and benefits cycles, recruitment activities, learning and development initiatives, and change management programs. The position includes supervisory duties and the opportunity to mentor and guide HR team members.
What we’ll like to see in you:
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in a multinational environment and regional office set-up is strongly preferred. You should possess deep knowledge across various HR disciplines, including end-end payroll processing and compensation, performance management, employee and union relations, organizational development, diversity, workforce planning, and employment law. Strong communication skills, solid analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to understand organizational structures and job frameworks are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT aptitude are required. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
