Plant Manager (Food & Beverage)

Location: Chonburi, Thailand

An international organization operating within the food and beverage sector is seeking a Plant Manager to take ownership of a key manufacturing

This role offers the opportunity to lead an established operation while influencing site strategy, workforce capability, operational efficiency, and business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership and play a critical role in supporting future growth initiatives.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee end-to-end site activities, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and teamwork.
  • Drive productivity improvements through process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure the facility consistently meets regulatory, safety, environmental, and product quality expectations.
  • Manage manufacturing budgets and identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders on strategic projects, investment plans, and business priorities.
  • Strengthen equipment reliability and support long-term operational sustainability.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving across all functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Background in food, ingredients, nutrition, consumer products, or similar process-driven industries.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, output, quality, and cost performance.
  • Strong understanding of ISO, GMP, HACCP, quality systems, and manufacturing compliance requirements.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Thai communication skills.
