Production Manager – FMCG Manufacturing

Location: Outside Bangkok and the surrounding areas.

Our client is an established international manufacturing company seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee plant operations and drive operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to improve production efficiency, develop teams, and support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor production performance, operating costs, and resource utilization to improve overall efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, minimize downtime, and enhance productivity.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and develop production teams, including engineers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for workplace safety, product quality, and operational procedures.
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the production function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Solid experience in production or manufacturing management within FMCG, food and beverage, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and deliver operational targets.
• Experience in process improvement, cost control, productivity enhancement, and problem-solving.
• Good leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Working proficiency in Thai and English.
• Must be willing to relocate to or work outside Bangkok and the surrounding areas.
