Are you an aspiring engineer looking to build your career in project management within a dynamic manufacturing environment?

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer Specialist to join our Engineering & Strategic Projects team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing a variety of engineering initiatives, including new product launches, manufacturing improvement projects, and facility enhancement programs.

Working alongside experienced project leaders, you will be exposed to the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and commissioning—while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of engineering projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Assist in coordinating activities across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and external contractors.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and action plans to ensure timely completion.

Manufacturing Improvement Projects

• Participate in factory improvement initiatives, including equipment upgrades, production line modifications, and operational efficiency projects.
• Support engineering activities related to facility enhancement and plant expansion projects.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of manufacturing investment projects.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from development to commercial production.

Project Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, technical documentation, and project updates.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate project records and engineering documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project execution, engineering processes, and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying structured problem-solving and project management methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–6 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar engineering role.
• Management Trainee candidates with engineering backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or related industries is preferred.
• Exposure to engineering projects, manufacturing improvement, CAPEX, or new product implementation is an advantage.
• Experience working in an international organization or multicultural environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment or supporting business expansion projects would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
