Regional AI Business Analyst (Insurance)

The opportunity

We are partnered with a global life insurer to build out its regional AI Centre of Excellence, supporting transformation across its Asian businesses. The Centre brings business and technical specialists together to redesign processes and translate AI opportunities into practical solutions.

As an AI Business Analyst, you will connect business discovery with delivery. Working within a cross-functional squad, you will uncover operational challenges, shape redesigned workflows and define the requirements and evaluation criteria that help teams build the right capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead process discovery with business users and domain specialists.
• Document current-state pain points and redesigned workflows.
• Translate business needs into traceable requirements and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and AI evaluation measures.
• Identify data, integration, control and exception-handling requirements.
• Facilitate prototype feedback and business testing, preparing evidence for delivery decisions.
  
  

What you will bring

• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and process discovery.
• A track record of supporting cross-functional delivery.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
• Practical AI literacy and an understanding of its implications for business processes.
• Ability to maintain clear links between business problems, requirements and delivered outcomes.
  
  

Preferred: Insurance-industry experience.
