Regional Trade Marketing Manager, Beauty

Confidential search: A global luxury beauty maison, with iconic house codes, is looking for a passionate Regional Trade Marketing Manager (SEAPAC) to join its regional hub in Singapore.

The role will enable the distributor partners across SEA and Oceania to bring the brand’s storytelling to life across consumer touchpoints.

This is a high-visibility individual contributor role for a trade marketing professional with strong beauty experience across SEAPAC distributor markets.

The position focuses on launch support, retail visibility, distributor collaboration, and in-store execution across mono/multi-brand environment (eg department stores, branded counters, and boutiques).

Key responsibilities

• Work with market partners/distributors across ASEAN to shape and deliver locally relevant trade plans that support brand visibility and business momentum
• Guide distributor teams on how campaigns, launches, and retail initiatives should be interpreted and presented in-market
• Help maintain a premium and consistent brand image across physical retail touchpoints
• Use trading feedback, market observations, and partner input to refine priorities and improve execution over time
• Build effective working relationships across distributor organisations and regional stakeholders to keep activity aligned and moving forward

Key requirements

• Trade marketing background gained within premium/luxury beauty
• Experience working across SEA and AUNZ markets in a regional capacity, particularly within partner-led or indirect markets
• Familiarity with physical retail environments where presentation, detail, and execution matter
• Thrive in an individual contributor role in a lean regional structure, with travel across markets
• Organised, commercially aware, and confident dealing with external partners and internal teams across cultures
