Senior CAPEX Procurement Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

Monday – Every Other Saturday
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior CAPEX Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for large-scale capital projects within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in end-to-end CAPEX procurement, stakeholder management, and project execution within manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
CAPEX Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for CAPEX projects across manufacturing sites
- Develop sourcing strategies for machinery, equipment, engineering services, utilities, and plant-related investments
- Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to support CAPEX project execution
- Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines, technical requirements, and approved budgets
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders on strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier alignment
Supplier Management & Cost Optimization
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure competitiveness, quality, and long-term partnership
- Drive cost-saving initiatives, value engineering, and total cost optimization across CAPEX categories
- Monitor supplier performance, project delivery, and contract compliance
Continuous Improvement
- Drive procurement process improvements and best practices across CAPEX sourcing activities
- Support manufacturing transformation initiatives including automation, expansion, and operational excellence programs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in procurement, with strong exposure to CAPEX sourcing within FMCG manufacturing
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement for manufacturing investment projects
- Strong experience in commercial negotiation, contract management, and supplier development
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, plant engineering, and project execution processes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good command of Thai and English
