Senior UX/UI Designer (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end‑to‑end product design process, from user research and concept development to high‑fidelity design and implementation support, with a strong focus on AI‑powered and emerging technology experiences.You will design intuitive, responsible, and scalable user experiences for products leveraging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, data‑driven insights, and next‑generation digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, human‑centered experiences.

Responsibilities

User Research & Discovery

• Plan and conduct user research(interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies, competitive analysis)
• Explore user trust, transparency, and mental models around AI‑driven or intelligent systems
• Synthesize findings into insights, personas, journey maps, and problem statements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define user needs and success metrics

UX Design

• Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction models for complex and dynamic systems
• Focus on explainability, feedback, and control in AI‑assisted experiences
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, usable solutions
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, experimentation, and product data

UI & Visual Design

• Create high‑fidelity visual designs that are elegant, accessible, and consistent
• Apply and contribute to design systems, including patterns for AI‑driven interactions
• Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive behavior across devices

Prototyping & Validation

• Build interactive prototypes to test AI concepts, data‑driven workflows, and automation behaviors
• Validate designs through usability testing, including edge cases and failure states
• Partner with engineering to assess technical feasibility early

Implementation & Delivery

• Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate and high‑quality implementation
• Provide detailed specs, design tokens, assets, and documentation
• Participate in design QA and post‑launch review to refine AI‑powered experiences

Leadership & Collaboration

• Present design rationale clearly, including trade‑offs between user needs and technical constraints
• Partner with Product to balance user value, ethical considerations, and business impact
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards, best practices, and future‑ready frameworks

Requirements

Must‑Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing research‑driven thinking and high‑quality UI execution
• Experience designing for complex systems, workflows, or data‑rich products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Solid understanding of usability, interaction design, accessibility, and inclusive design
• Ability to independently drive design initiatives from discovery to launch

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience designing AI‑powered, ML‑driven, or automation‑based products
• Familiarity with concepts such as explainable AI, user trust, and ethical design
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams
• Contributions to or experience scaling design systems
• Basic understanding of front‑end or system constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, platform, or enterprise environments
